The price of Super I quality rice in Central Java was sold at Rp 17,650 per kg on Friday, June 3, 2022. Compared to other regions, the price change in this region was the highest in the last week.

According to daily monitoring of staple food commodity prices from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center, the price of Super I quality rice in Central Java has started to increase by 3.22% in a week.

Meanwhile, compared to the price 30 days earlier, the price of Super I quality rice in this region has increased by 2.92%.

However, for the last year's data range, the selling price of Super I quality rice in Central Java's modern markets has actually decreased. The previous highest record reached Rp 17,700 per kg.

For the January-June 2022 period, the price of Super I quality rice in modern markets has continued to rise, increasing by 2.92% compared to the previous month.

The price of Super I quality rice reached its lowest point at Rp 16,700 per kg on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. The highest price reached this year was around Rp 17,700 per kg.

Nationally, the price of Super I quality rice began to rise towards the end of 2021. The average price of Super I quality rice in modern markets was Rp 13,800 per kg, up 0.07% compared to the end of last week.
