Food Prices Friday (3/10) Lampung Region: Red Chili Up, Cayenne Pepper Down

Prices of several food ingredients in Lampung today are observed to have risen compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency's (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (3/10/2025) at 11:31 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include mackerel, premium rice, shallots, skipjack tuna, and large red chili.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged cooking oil, red cayenne pepper, bulk cooking oil, consumption sugar, and broiler chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The large red chili commodity surged the highest by Rp933 (2.07%) to Rp46,000 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red cayenne pepper dropped the most by Rp2,321 (5.97%) to Rp36,579 per kg.
