Today's Food Prices in Jambi: Prices of Salt, Rice, and Onions Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Friday (3/1/2025) at 17:52 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include milkfish, garlic bulbs, mackerel, chicken eggs, and dry soybean (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chili, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), shallots, chicken meat, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp1,470 (5.07%) to Rp30,490 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili prices decreased the most by Rp4,140 (7.12%) to Rp54,020 per kg.
