Latest Food Prices in Jakarta, DKI: What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (16/01/2025) at 16.03 WIB, out of 22 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are wheat flour (bulk), bulk cooking oil, chicken eggs, milkfish, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, shallots, garlic bulbs, red chilies, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Chicken meat prices increased the most by Rp761 (2.01%) to Rp38,594 per kg. Meanwhile, pure beef prices decreased the most sharply by Rp2,813 (2.12%) to Rp130,000 per kg.
