Current Bali Food Prices: What's the Price of Fish?

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (18/5/2024) at 13:59 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are bulk cooking oil, shallots, red chilies, and dry soybean seeds (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as garlic bulbs, farmer-level corn, fine iodized salt, broiler chicken, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The highest price increase was for dry soybean seeds (import), up by Rp340 (3.03%) to Rp11,560 per kg. The lowest price decrease was for curly red chilies, down Rp9,440 (23.59%) to Rp30,570 per kg.
