Bali Food Prices Monday (April 14th): Red Chilies Up, Rice Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (14/4/2025) at 10:04 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 19 commodities increased in price and 4 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, chicken eggs, packaged cooking oil, red chilies, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour, granulated sugar, farmer-level corn, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most by Rp3,125 (8.47%) to Rp40,000 per kg. Farmer-level corn prices decreased the most sharply by Rp500 (7.84%) to Rp5,875 per kg.
