Today's Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Cayenne Pepper Up, Oil Down

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (August 10, 2025) at 16.17 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 increased and 2 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include red cayenne pepper, packaged wheat flour, packaged cooking oil, skipjack tuna, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities like bulk cooking oil and dried soybean (imported) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red cayenne pepper surged the highest by Rp882 (1.63%) to Rp55,000 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dried soybean (imported) dropped the most by Rp9,600 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
