Current Food Prices in Lampung: Egg and Beef Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (19/9/2024) at 14.41 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include farmer-level corn, broiler chicken, fine iodized salt, mackerel fish, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium rice, granulated sugar, garlic bulbs, shallots, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most, by Rp580 (1.41%) to Rp41,590 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of garlic bulbs decreased the most sharply, by Rp1,830 (4.89%) to Rp35,580 per kg.
