Daily Prices of Branded Packaged Cooking Oil in Traditional Markets, January 2024

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the price of packaged branded cooking oil (2-day average) in traditional markets in Bengkulu Province is recorded at Rp18,700. This price is unchanged compared to the previous day and the last week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the price of packaged branded cooking oil (2-day average) in traditional markets has increased from Rp18,050.

Meanwhile, the price of packaged branded cooking oil (2-day average) in traditional markets in Bengkulu over the last three months has increased by 3.89% from the previous price of Rp18,000.

The highest price increase for packaged branded cooking oil (2-day average) in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in March 2022 with an increase of 32.5%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in February 2022 with a decrease of -24.53%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Bengkulu show three commodities decreased and 19 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Red Chili, Fresh Layer Eggs, and Chicken Eggs.
