Latest Food Prices in Banten Region: Onion Prices Rise, Rice Prices Fall

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency's (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (October 21, 2025) at 13:20 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 12 increased and 9 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include curly red chili, consumption sugar, large red chili, Minyakita, and red onion.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as pure beef, mackarel, consumption salt, packaged wheat flour, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Garlic bulb prices saw the highest increase of Rp772 (2.11%) to Rp37,292 per kg. Meanwhile, packaged wheat flour prices experienced the sharpest decline of Rp286 (2.33%) to Rp12,000 per kg.
