Complete List of Food Prices in South Sumatra Today, What's the Price of Chili Peppers? (Sunday, December 31, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in South Sumatra today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (31/12/2023) at 10:53 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, shallots, broiler chicken, iodized fine salt, and curly red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, bulk wheat flour, medium rice, mackerel fish, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots experienced the highest price increase, up by Rp1,490 (4.18%) to Rp37,120 per kg. Bulk wheat flour had the lowest price decrease, down by Rp140 (1.41%) to Rp9,810 per kg.
