Latest Food Prices in Bali: Salt Prices Up, Chicken Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (23/11/2024) at 11:12 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 13 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include iodized fine salt, farmer-level corn, skipjack tuna, premium rice, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chili peppers, garlic bulbs, milkfish, broiler chicken, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel experienced the highest increase, jumping Rp3,040 (8.94%) to Rp37,050 per kg. The price of milkfish saw the largest decrease, dropping Rp770 (2.18%) to Rp34,500 per kg.
