Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Sugar Up, Chilies Down (Monday, January 15, 2024)

Food prices in DKI Jakarta today are observed to be lower compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (15/1/2024) at 14:16 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are granulated sugar, kembung fish, tongkol fish, and bandeng fish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, fine iodized salt, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chili peppers, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Kembung fish prices saw the highest increase of Rp2,610 (7.33%) to Rp38,210 per kg. Red chili pepper prices saw the lowest decrease of Rp5,290 (7.54%) to Rp64,850 per kg.
