Latest Food Prices in Aceh: Chili and Sugar Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (31/7/2024) at 10:41 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, medium rice, granulated sugar, mackerel, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), shallots, skipjack tuna, simple packaged cooking oil, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel experienced the highest price increase of Rp2,350 (5.47%) to Rp45,350 per kg. Shallots saw the sharpest price drop of Rp2,020 (7.33%) to Rp25,540 per kg.

9. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp25,510 per kg (up 0.24%)
