Lampung Region's Current Food Prices: Rice and Beef Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (23/10/2024) at 09.11 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), simple packaged cooking oil, garlic bulbs, medium rice, and dry soybean (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, bulk cooking oil, farmer-level corn, granulated sugar, and iodized fine salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most by Rp4,490 (11.78%) to Rp42,590 per kg. The price of skipjack tuna decreased the most sharply by Rp2,150 (7.5%) to Rp26,520 per kg.
