Food Prices in D.I Yogyakarta Sunday (Nov 16, 2025): Red Chili Prices Rise, Onion Prices Fall

Prices of several food commodities in D.I Yogyakarta today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (Nov 16, 2025) at 2:30 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases include pure beef, dry soybean seeds (imported), garlic bulbs, medium rice, and Minyakita.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, skipjack tuna, milkfish, shallots, and packaged wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The curly red chili commodity surged the highest by IDR 2,428 (5.41%) to IDR 47,333 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of packaged wheat flour dropped the most by IDR 450 (3.76%) to IDR 11,525 per kg.
