Lampung Food Price Update Today: Chili Prices Up, Cooking Oil Prices Down (Saturday, February 3, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (February 3, 2024) at 13:30 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, garlic bulbs, red chilies, granulated sugar, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as simple packaged cooking oil, dry soybean (import), skipjack tuna, broiler chicken, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies experienced the highest price increase of Rp3,700 (6.41%), reaching Rp61,420 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dry soybean (import) decreased the most, by Rp280 (2.19%), reaching Rp12,490 per kg.
