Today's Food Prices in Jambi, How Much are Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 17:52 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased in price and 3 decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, red chilies, premium rice, granulated sugar, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, shallots, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of curly red chilies saw the highest increase, jumping Rp7,360 (17.75%) to Rp48,830 per kg. The price of skipjack tuna saw the sharpest decrease, dropping Rp70 (0.24%) to Rp29,570 per kg.
