Latest Food Prices in Bali: Chili Prices Up, Onion Prices Down (Monday, February 26, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Monday (26/2/2024) at 13:29 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 6 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include simple packaged cooking oil, milkfish, premium rice, farmer-level corn, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, dry soybean (import), pure beef, red onion, and shallot decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was red chili, up by Rp2,780 (3.59%) to Rp80,130 per kg. The commodity with the lowest price decrease was skipjack tuna, down by Rp1,040 (4.02%) to Rp24,820 per kg.
