The Ministry of Finance is recorded as the ministry with the largest additional budget ceiling approved by the DPR RI Commission XI. Previously, the budget for the Ministry of Finance's expenditure was Rp48.3 trillion. After the increase was approved, it changed to Rp48.7 trillion for next year.

"There is an additional Rp355.01 billion as an impact of the 8% salary increase policy for the 2024 fiscal year for 78,520 employees at the Ministry of Finance," said Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani on the same occasion.

Next, Bappenas' budget ceiling also increased from Rp2.1 trillion to Rp2.11 trillion. "And the change is worth Rp5.7 billion due to the mandatory salary," said Minister of National Development Planning/Head of Bappenas Suharso Monoarfa.

On the same occasion, the DPR RI Commission XI also approved the adjustment of the budget ceiling for the BPK to Rp4.9 trillion, BPKP to Rp2.3 trillion, and LKPP to Rp224.7 billion.

Finally, BPS, with the smallest increase, rose from Rp4.6 billion to Rp4.7 billion.
