Basuki Purwadi, LMAN's President Director, explained that 115 assets had been fully optimized (financial closing) by the end of 2023. This includes 52 apartment units and 63 non-apartment assets.

In addition, LMAN achieved cost savings of Rp111 billion. These funds were accumulated from the management of LMAN assets used to support the activities of government ministries/institutions.

LMAN assets were also used for activities of certain partners without charge, such as for MSMEs and others. Through these activities, LMAN supported a multiplier effect for socio-economic benefits, quantified at Rp51 billion in 2023.
