Today's Food Prices in Yogyakarta: Beef, Onion, and Chicken Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta, Special Region of Yogyakarta, today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (6/11/2024) at 10:13 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, premium rice (SHPB), medium rice, bulk cooking oil, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as iodized fine salt, garlic bulbs, simple packaged cooking oil, pure beef, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices surged the highest by Rp970 (6.08%) to Rp16,930 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of bulk wheat flour decreased the most by Rp310 (3.56%) to Rp8,390 per kg.
