Current Food Prices in Jambi Province: Prices of Chilies, Sugar, and Chicken Meat Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (3/6/2024) at 10:25 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are medium-grain rice, skipjack tuna, bulk cooking oil, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, bulk wheat flour, red chilies, red onions, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna experienced the highest price increase of Rp200 (0.74%), reaching Rp27,280 per kg. Milkfish, on the other hand, saw the lowest price decrease of Rp2,190 (7.4%), reaching Rp27,390 per kg.
