Rice Prices in Traditional Markets for the Period April 2025-2026

According to the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel, the price of rice in traditional markets in North Maluku province is recorded at Rp16,700. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day, as well as over the past week.

Over the past month, the price of rice in traditional markets has also stayed the same at Rp16,700.

Meanwhile, the price of rice in traditional markets in North Maluku has decreased by 0% over the past three months. Based on historical food price records from the PIHPS price panel, rice in traditional markets in North Maluku province is traded at Rp16,700.

The record increase in rice prices in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in March 2024 at 5.31%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in March 2024 at -5.04%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine staple foods (sembako) in North Maluku show that six commodities have decreased and nine have increased. The staple foods with price decreases are Branded Packaged Cooking Oil Type 2, Bird's Eye Chili, Red Chili, Cooking Oil, Curly Red Chili, and Red Bird's Eye Chili.
