BRI Liga 1 2023/24 Week Two Standings: RANS FC Top the Table

The second week of the 2023/24 BRI Liga 1 football matchday concluded with RANS Nusantara FC's victory over Bhayangkara FC at the Patriot Candrabagha Stadium, Bekasi, on Sunday evening (9/7/2023).

The team nicknamed "The Prestige Phoenix" successfully scored two goals against the home team, winning 2-1.

RANS Nusantara FC's two winning goals were scored by Misturu Maruoka's penalty kick in the 36th minute and Tavinho in the 74th minute.

Meanwhile, Bhayangkara FC only managed to score one goal through Crislan Henrique in the 46th minute.

So far, RANS Nusantara FC has shown a perfect performance in the second half of this Liga 1 season.

Currently, "The Prestige Phoenix" tops the BRI Liga 1 2023/24 standings after the second week with 6 points.

Dewa United, also with 6 points, is ranked second due to lower goal productivity (4:2) compared to Rafi Ahmad's club.

On the other hand, Persija Jakarta and Persib Bandung, who were ranked second and third last season, have yet to find their best form.

Both teams only scored 2 goals each in the second week.
