Today's Food Prices in Aceh: Egg, Onion, and Chili Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (8/5/2024) at 17.21 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, broiler chicken, premium rice, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler eggs, milkfish, dry soybean (import), red chilies, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel increased the most, by Rp750 (1.76%) to Rp43,380 per kg. The price of corn at the farmer level decreased the most, by Rp1,750 (22.58%) to Rp6,000 per kg.
