Today's Food Prices (20/1) in Bali: Red Chili and Bird's Eye Chili Prices Rise

Today, prices of several food ingredients in Bali are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Staple Food Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (January 20, 2026) at 4:45 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 1 commodity decreased.

The commodities with increased prices are large red chili, red bird's eye chili, and Honan garlic.

Meanwhile, only red curly chili decreased compared to yesterday's price.

Red bird's eye chili saw the highest increase of Rp1,389 (3.57%) to Rp40,250 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red curly chili decreased most sharply by Rp417 (1.52%) to Rp27,000 per kg.
