Complete List of Food Prices in Banten Today, How Much are Chilies? (Wednesday, January 17, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (17/1/2024) at 10:09 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, broiler chicken, medium rice, farmer-level corn, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, chicken eggs, curly red chilies, bulk cooking oil, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged cooking oil saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp650 (4.36%) to Rp15,550 per liter. The price of mackerel experienced the lowest decrease, dropping Rp1,970 (5.53%) to Rp33,650 per kg.
