Bali Food Prices Wednesday (11/12): Oil and Sugar Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Wednesday (11/12/2024) at 10:39 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 13 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include SPHP rice, granulated sugar, red chilies, dry soybean (import), and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, chicken eggs, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), broiler chicken, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk wheat flour experienced the highest price increase, up by Rp520 (4.92%) to Rp11,080 per kg. Milkfish experienced the sharpest price decrease, down by Rp3,020 (7.78%) to Rp35,800 per kg.
