Bali Food Price List Today: Onion, Sugar, and Chicken Prices Increase (Thursday, January 18, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Thursday (18/1/2024) at 14.08 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 14 commodities increased in price and 6 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), bulk cooking oil, garlic bulbs, dry soybean (import), and mackerel.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, skipjack tuna, broiler chicken eggs, red chili peppers, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of curly red chilies saw the highest increase, jumping Rp2,440 (4.44%) to Rp57,410 per kg. The price of skipjack tuna saw the lowest decrease, falling Rp5,290 (18.46%) to Rp23,370 per kg.
