Price of Green Bird's Eye Chili in Traditional Markets March 2025-2026 Period

Based on the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) panel, the daily price of green bird's eye chili in traditional markets in South Sulawesi province is recorded at Rp20,65 thousand. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day and also over the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of green bird's eye chili in traditional markets has decreased from the previously recorded Rp24,35 thousand.

Meanwhile, the daily price of green bird's eye chili in traditional markets in South Sulawesi over the past three months has fallen by 19.81%. According to historical food price records from the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of green bird's eye chili in traditional markets in South Sulawesi province was traded at Rp25,75 thousand.

The record increase in the daily price of green bird's eye chili in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in February 2024 with an increase of 26.25%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in April 2022 with a decrease of -16.97%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the price of nine staple foods (sembako) today in South Sulawesi shows that five commodities have decreased and six others have increased. The staple foods with falling prices are Red Chili, Large Red Chili, Red Bird's Eye Chili, Bird's Eye Chili and Curly Red Chili.
