Jakarta, DKI Jakarta Food Price List Today: Egg, Sugar, and Rice Prices Down (Wednesday, March 6, 2024)

Food prices in Jakarta today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (6/3/2024) at 08.16 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are bulk wheat flour, red chilies, pure beef, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, granulated sugar, packaged (non-bulk) wheat flour, bulk cooking oil, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk wheat flour saw the highest price increase of Rp680 (6.59%) to Rp11,000 per kg. Milkfish had the lowest price decrease of Rp8,400 (20.79%) to Rp32,000 per kg.

4. Shallots: Rp40,000 per kg (up 6.35%)
5. Garlic Bulbs: Rp40,000 per kg (unchanged)
6. Mackerel: Rp35,000 per kg (down 2.23%)
7. Milkfish: Rp32,000 per kg (down 20.79%)
8. Broiler Chicken: Rp30,000 per kg (down 19.59%)
9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp30,000 per kg (down 18.39%)
10. Chicken Eggs: Rp30,000 per kg (down 3.35%)
11. Premium Rice: Rp16,500 per kg (down 2.42%)
12. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp16,000 per liter (down 8.73%)
