Price of Red Bird's Eye Chili in Traditional Markets for the Period April 2025-2026

Based on the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) panel, the daily price of red bird's eye chili in traditional markets in Bali province is recorded at Rp36.4 thousand. This price decreased by Rp500 compared to the previous day.

Compared to the past month, the daily price of red bird's eye chili in traditional markets has decreased from the previously recorded Rp55 thousand.

Meanwhile, the daily price of red bird's eye chili in traditional markets in Bali over the past three months has increased by 28.85% from the previously traded Rp28.25 thousand.

The record increase in the daily price of red bird's eye chili in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in October 2016 with an increase of 48.57%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in February 2020 with a decrease of -38.78%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the price of nine staple foods (sembako) today in Bali shows that 14 commodities decreased and 13 others increased. The sembako with decreased prices are Green Bird's Eye Chili, Rice, Low Quality II Rice, Medium Quality I Rice, Bird's Eye Chili, Curly Red Chili, Grade 1 Beef, Fresh Broiler Chicken Meat, Chicken Meat, Super Quality II Rice, Super Quality I Rice, Red Chili, Large Red Chili, and Medium Quality II Rice.
