Food Prices in DKI Jakarta Friday (July 25): Bird's Eye Chili Price Rises, Red Chili Price Drops

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency's (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (July 25, 2025) at 10:17 AM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 13 increased and 8 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include packaged wheat flour, premium rice, bulk cooking oil, consumption sugar, and garlic bulbs.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, milkfish, consumption salt, bulk wheat flour, and Minyakita decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel price rose the highest by Rp1,500 (3.57%) to Rp43,500 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dried soybean (imported) dropped the most by Rp9,600 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.

7. Milkfish: Rp45,200 per kg (down 0.59%)
8. Mackerel: Rp43,500 per kg (up 3.57%)
9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp43,500 per kg (down 1.14%)
10. Chicken Meat: Rp37,154 per kg (up 1.1%)
