Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Red Chili Up, Salt Down

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (August 15, 2025) at 10:17 AM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 16 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include medium rice, bulk wheat flour, premium rice, milkfish, and Minyakita.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler eggs, red onions, consumption sugar, imported dried soybeans, and consumption salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna commodity surged the highest by Rp6,000 (13.33%) to Rp51,000 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of imported dried soybeans dropped most sharply by Rp9,600 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.

9. Garlic Bulb: Rp44,286 per kg (up 3.9%)
