Lampung Region's Latest Food Prices: Rice Up, Onions Down (Tuesday, February 20, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (20/2/2024) at 14.27 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), pure beef, medium rice, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as mackerel fish, garlic bulbs, dry soybean (import), red chili peppers, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Medium rice saw the highest price increase of Rp90 (0.64%) to Rp14,100 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dry soybean (import) decreased the most, by Rp870 (6.46%) to Rp12,590 per kg.
