Today's Food Prices in the Yogyakarta Special Region, What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (23/4/2024) at 14.13 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include iodized fine salt, red chilies, shallots, simple packaged cooking oil, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, milkfish, shallot bulbs, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and broiler chicken have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies experienced the highest price increase of Rp3,170 (9.64%) to Rp36,070 per kg. Bulk wheat flour had the lowest price decrease of Rp140 (1.5%) to Rp9,200 per kg.
