Today's Food Prices in DKI Jakarta on March 11: Prices of Red Chili, Beef and Onions Drop

Several food commodity prices in DKI Jakarta today were observed to drop compared to yesterday.

Quoting data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (March 11, 2026) at 18:01 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 7 decreased in price.

Commodities with price increases are bulk palm cooking oil, red cayenne pepper, and broiler chicken meat.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as curly red chili, shallots, hindquarter beef, Honan garlic, and imported soybeans decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk palm cooking oil had the highest increase of Rp125 (0.62%) to Rp20,175 per liter. Meanwhile, imported soybean prices dropped the most by Rp1,000 (6.54%) to Rp14,300 per kg.
