Today's Food Prices in Central Java, What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (16/11/2024) at 16.28 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, skipjack tuna, garlic bulbs, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, bulk wheat flour, medium rice, dry soybean (import), and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase of Rp160 (1.46%) to Rp11,140 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red chilies experienced the steepest decrease of Rp680 (3.34%) to Rp19,650 per kg.
