Latest Food Prices in North Kalimantan: Onions Up, Chilies Down (Monday, January 15, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in North Kalimantan today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (15/1/2024) at 15:48 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are shallots, broiler chicken, and shallots (bulb).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, simple packaged cooking oil, skipjack tuna, pure beef, and mackerel have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots (bulb) experienced the highest price increase of Rp2,220 (5.36%) to Rp43,670 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp3,400 (3.76%) to Rp87,030 per kg.
