Today's Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Sugar and Oil Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (30/12/2024) at 14:19 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, iodized fine salt, pure beef, broiler chicken, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), garlic cloves, simple packaged cooking oil, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most, by Rp3,280 (5.08%) to Rp67,900 per kg. Meanwhile, shallots decreased the most, by Rp3,130 (6.3%) to Rp46,530 per kg.
