Jambi Food Price Update Today: Onion Prices Up, Chili Prices Down (Friday, January 12, 2024)

The price of several food commodities in Jambi today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (12/1/2024) at 10:58 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are mackerel, shallots, and shallots (bonggol).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, broiler chicken, skipjack tuna, red chilies, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel prices saw the highest increase, jumping by Rp430 (1.27%) to Rp34,390 per kg. Milkfish prices saw the lowest decrease, dropping by Rp4,990 (14.68%) to Rp29,000 per kg.
