Lampung Region Food Prices Tuesday (September 17th): Oil, Rice, and Salt Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (17/9/2024) at 14.41 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, red chilies, bulk cooking oil, premium rice, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, chicken eggs, curly red chilies, simple packaged cooking oil, and red onions decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp1,330 (3.27%), reaching Rp41,950 per kg. Pure beef experienced the largest price decrease of Rp1,710 (1.28%), reaching Rp131,670 per kg.
