Bengkulu Food Price List Today: Chili, Beef, and Onion Prices Down (Tuesday, January 23, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Bengkulu today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (23/1/2024) at 16.33 WIB, out of 18 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, red chilies, premium rice, fine iodized salt, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, mackerel, shallots, dry soybean (import), and garlic cloves decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of chicken eggs saw the highest increase, jumping by Rp460 (1.8%) to Rp26,080 per kg. The price of mackerel saw the lowest decrease, dropping by Rp1,050 (2.54%) to Rp40,370 per kg.
