Lampung Food Price Update Today: Sugar, Egg, and Rice Prices Down (Tuesday, December 26, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (26/12/2023) at 14:45 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, red onions, pure beef, milkfish, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, bulk cooking oil, red chilies, medium rice, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red onions saw the highest price increase of Rp1,350 (4.23%), reaching Rp33,280 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of Indian mackerel experienced the lowest decrease of Rp4,940 (14.38%), reaching Rp29,410 per kg.
