7. Banten: 11.89%
8. Central Sulawesi: 11.7%
9. Maluku: 11.59%
10. West Nusa Tenggara (NTB): 10.72%

The following are some criteria used in Susenas to categorize slum households:

* The dwelling does not have access to a safe drinking water source.
* Lacks adequate sanitation.
* Floor area per capita is less than 7.2 square meters with certain criteria according to the type of roof, floor, and walls.
* If the calculated value of slum houses from these categories is more than 35%, then the household is classified as a slum household.
