Lampung Health Office Head Investigated by KPK; Assets Remain 'Stable' for Six Years

Reihana, Head of the Lampung Provincial Health Office, appeared before the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to clarify her wealth as reported in the KPK's State Officials' Wealth Report (LHKPN).

Reihana arrived at the KPK's Red and White Building on Monday (8/5/2023) at 8:12 AM WIB. Wearing a white suit, black skirt, patterned white hijab, and white bag, Reihana entered the building lobby without speaking much.

As reported by *Kompas.com*, Reihana will be questioned because her LHKPN has been deemed too low for many years.

KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring, Pahala Nainggolan, stated that Reihana's reported wealth does not match her profile.

"The initial analysis shows that (Reihana's LHKPN) is very small," said Pahala.

So, what is the accumulation of Reihana's wealth?

Based on the LHKPN website for the 2022 report submitted on February 16, 2023, her total assets amounted to Rp2.71 billion.

The details include land and buildings in several locations, including Bandar Lampung, Pesawaran, and South Lampung. All land and buildings are claimed to be from her own business.

Reihana is also recorded as owning a Nissan Elgrand Minibus (a gift), a Toyota minibus, and a Mercedes Benz (both claimed to be from her own earnings).

Other components of Reihana's assets include other movable assets worth Rp6.75 million, and cash and cash equivalents worth Rp300 million. She has no securities and no debts.

However, looking at previous years, her wealth is considered 'stable' or not significantly increasing.

In 2017, her assets were recorded at Rp2.50 billion. A year later, it increased to Rp2.60 billion.

Strangely, in the 2019 and 2020 reports, the amount was exactly the same as the 2018 report, namely Rp2.60 billion. While in 2021, her assets were reported as Rp2.70 billion.

In 2016, Reihana did not report her assets in the LHKPN at all.

Reihana has held the position of Head of the Lampung Health Office for 14 consecutive years.

During her tenure under three governors, Reihana has often been implicated in alleged corruption cases. These include alleged corruption in the procurement of mobile hospital buses, other buses, and ambulances. However, her capacity was examined as a witness.

There is also a case of procurement of medical equipment (alkes) for the Puskesmas care program in the Lampung Provincial Health Office worth Rp13.5 billion in February 2016. Again, her status was only as a witness.

Reihana's appearance and subsequent summons by the KPK are due to her frequent display of a lavish lifestyle on social media. The bags she uses are expensive brands, such as Louis Vuitton (LV), Hermès, and Dior. All of these bags are known to be priced in the tens to hundreds of millions of rupiah.
