According to the MA, special criminal cassation cases received in 2024 increased by 26.30% from the previous year. Meanwhile, the categories of rulings in special criminal cases at the cassation level in 2024 are as follows:

Granted: 558 cases
Rejected: 3,855 cases
Rejected with revisions: 3,865 cases
Not receivable: 27 cases
Withdrawn: 3 cases

“The number of cases (cassation) decided increased by 26.01% compared to 2023, which decided 6,593 cases. The case resolution productivity ratio reached 99.98%,” said the MA in its 2024 Annual Report.
