The Ministry of Defense Will Open 25,000 CASN 2024 Positions

The Ministry of Defense will open 25,258 Civil Servant Candidate (CASN) positions in 2024.

According to the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB), Abdullah Azwar Anas, these vacancies are divided into 13,687 technical Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) positions and 4,597 health worker CPNS positions.

There are also 3,774 health worker Government Employees with Work Contracts (PPPK) positions and 3,200 technical PPPK positions.

"The provision of positions in the Ministry of Defense is a step to support the realization of quality and competitive human resources, especially in the field of national defense," said Anas when handing over the CASN formation determination to the Deputy Minister of Defense (Wamenhan) M. Herindra in Jakarta, Friday (7/6/2024).

The Deputy Minister of Defense said that this year's CASN formation will be used to fill vacancies left due to retirement or other reasons.

"Of course, this will also be a challenge for us in the future so that we can improve performance through CASN recruitment," said Herindra.

Based on information on the State Civil Apparatus Agency (BKN) website, the administrative selection for CPNS and PPPK will be held in June 2024, and the results will be announced in August 2024.
