30.04% of the Population in Buton Selatan Regency are Still Children (2023 Update)

According to 2023 data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), 63,003 or approximately 61.99% of the population in Buton Selatan Regency are in the productive age group of 15-59 years. Meanwhile, 30.04% of the total population, or approximately 30,528, are children (aged 0-14 years), and the remaining 7.97% are residents over 60 years old.
